Tess, just for grins I clicked on your link, primarily to see where your PDF was stored since I’ve been thinking of making one of my books free as well. Your PDF is stored at SCRBD. Did you know that many of your other books are available there? For example, Bone Garden was apparently uploaded there by someone named “flowerbudd” one month ago. It is a sloppy word document that does indeed appear to track your actual book when you click the link.

I liked it so much I bought Kindle versions of all the other books in the series. I think giving away one free book is a good strategy.
